June 22, 2010 Hi Ellen, Just writing to say what a wonderful time Lori and I had Sunday on our balloon ride with Dean. It was a blast! Lori’s birthday was on Friday and this was the grand finale of a long weekend of fun. She didn’t have a clue until Sunday morning. We both had a great time, helping setup up, the flight, and even the adventurous landing as the Orlando Balloon ‘bounced’ off of us when they were landing. Thank you for a great experience and please thank Dean and Ed for a wonderful time. We will be posting a comment on your site very soon but wanted you to know what a great time we had and want to share some of the pictures from our flight. June 30, 2010 Hi Ellen, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time my husband and I had on 06-29-10. Dean and Ed were GREAT!!!!! I was a little afraid to go on the ride but Dean was very funny and made me feel at ease. Ed made sure we had plenty of photos to remember our ride, and he also is a funny guy. The treats after the ride were also very good. I made sure I took photos of the two guys setting the table, something you don't see to often. Dealing with your company from the get go was a pleasure and you can be sure I will recommend your company to our friends and family. We took our first ride on Tuesday 4/6 and what an amazing experience from start to finish. The ride itself was so relaxing and the views were unbelievable! We can't say enough about our crew Dean and Joel. Dean shared many stories as well as sharing his knowledge about ballooning itself. I think Joel knew where we were going to land before Dean did :)They both made this awesome experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to all who made this a wonderful memory. Hi, we took a balloon ride with you last year and we are back in Orlando 27th August 2010. I want to book another flight for around the 30th August, but this time for 6 people instead of 4. I know it is a long way off, but I like to be sure that you can take 6 people etc. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had and we have been to the Parks/Florida 6 times since 1996. Dear Ellen... WOW!! What a truly amazing way to start celebrating my 60th birthday on the 22 April 2009. My husband John and I cannot thank everyone enough for such a memorable experience. Hi Ellen and all of the Aerostat Adventures Crew...Mike and I wanted to let you know what an incredibly wonderful experience we had on our Balloon Flight on October 17, 2008.  The pilot, on our trip, Dean, was so professional, informational, and yes...fun!  Ed, our ground crew, was right there to greet us when we landed and help us celebrate our flight!  Our flight "mates" were fun and enjoyed the flight as much as we did.  Needless to say the flight its self was so breathtaking and any fear or trepidation left us once we were in the air. Please convey our thanks to Dean and to Ed and to your husband who gave up a day off to take us up on one of our scheduled flights, however it was canceled due to bad weather.  Many thanks to you for helping me arrange the initial birthday surprise, for Mike, and for all of the scheduling!  I am sure there are many, many behind the scene things that must be done to make the event happen and we thank you!  Mike and Chris Smith

I just wanted to e-mail to say a massive thank you for the wonderful balloon ride that was organised for my husband, Stuart, and I. Don (the pilot) was great and managed to put Stuart at ease, which was a challenge as he was very nervous!!! Watching the sun rise above a crystal clear blue sky as we surreally float above the early morning mist kissed tree tops where you could surprisingly hear everything below in perfect clarity, this we will never forget.
